Un Rally en Boulder

Lamento no haber escrito, pero la verdad es que el programa de Viva la Gente es tan intenso que nos deja muertos y muertas al final del día, la verdad es que me la estoy pasando bien, y lo mejor de todo es que esto es un programa educacional, cosa que me encanta, ya que combina todo lo que me gusta: trabajo comunitario, seminarios educacionales, teatro, danza, canto y viajes… ¿qué más puedo desear?

El día de ayer fuimos a Boulder, que es una parte de Denver que se considera una ciudad a parte (acá tod@s son muy orgullosos de su situación como ciudad independiente). Hicimos un rally fantástico por toda la ciudad, preguntando cosas a oficiales de policía, estudiantes, gente en museos, etcétera… en fin, fue genial.

Después del rally fuimos a una visita a la fábrica de té orgánico Celestial Seasoning, que es una empresa 100% responsable y muy famosa en los EUA y en el mundo. El tour fue fascinante, y lo mejor fue que tod@s nos la pasamos genial.

I am sorry because I hadn’t write before, but the true is that the Up With People program is super intense and it leave us so tired at the end of the day, the true is that I am having a great time here, the best thing is that this is an educational program which includes all the things I love: community services, classes, theater, dancing, singing and traveling… this can’t be better!

Yesterday we went to Boulder. Boulder is a place in Denver but it is considerated as a independent city (everybody is so proud of the independency of their cities over here). We make a fantastic rally in the city asking things to police officers, students, people in museums, etcetera.. it was just great.

After that we sent to Celestial Seasoning tea factory. Celestial Seasoning is a 100% responsible enterprise and it is well know across the USA and worldwide. The tour was fascinating, and the best was that everybody had a great time.
